Francesco Princi

Francesco, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for yesterday. We made history in Ryde, setting a new suburb record and it wouldn’t have been possible without you. You continue to play the biggest role in helping us sell our properties for premium prices. You are a true talent and I’m genuinely grateful to have you by my side. Looking forward to many more record-breaking results together.

Nathan Belcastro Melrose Estate Agents

A big thank you on behalf of our family at 83 Bowden Street, Ryde for the great result last Saturday, 23rd of March, 2024. It was an absolute pleasure to have you look after the sale of our family home of 37 years. We were quite nervous in the lead up to the auction, given the age and condition of our house. From the very beginning of the auction, we felt you had a great rapport with the buyers, managed the flow of the auction perfectly, recognised which buyers were serious and pushed the price well and truly above what we were expecting. In total, we achieved 35 bids throughout this auction and our home sold well above a neighbouring property and recent comparable sales in the area. We will definitely be contacting you again for our future auctions and would highly recommend you and Cooley Auctions to anybody looking to sell their home.

Francesco went above and beyond what any auctioneer would ordinarily do or has done in the past. His pre & post auction communication skills with both sellers and buyers is truly amazing. In fact, his conversations with all parties was pivotal and well respected. His calling of an auction is excellent, articulate and extremely professional.
