Residential property is at the heart of our in-room auctions, alongside commercial, industrial, retail, investment and rural property. Whatever the asset, every auction is backed by the same preparation, experience and Cooley standard.
$1,650 (inc. GST)
This is an all-inclusive fee and includes the auctioneer fee, auction venue hire, audio visual presentation for the property and staff to register bidders.
The full fee applies once the auction is booked regardless of the property being withdrawn, cancelled or sold prior to auction. If the property is postponed to another in-room auction date at the same venue, no additional fee will be charged.
